2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

ADSIGHT LTD is a physical hospitality venue based in Australia. While our restaurant dining areas welcome a broad range of guests, participation in offline poker nights, access to the card lounge, card room, poker room and any poker tables is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years and over. This approach is intended to align with local Australian expectations and responsible entertainment practices.

We may request valid photo identification before granting access to our poker nights or card lounge spaces. If suitable identification cannot be provided, entry to poker-related areas and activities may be refused.

3. Reservations & Bookings

All restaurant table reservations, group bookings, private events and poker night entries should be arranged and confirmed in advance. 4. Venue Use & Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the atmosphere, staff and other patrons at all times while visiting ADSIGHT LTD. This includes behaviour in the dining room, bar, card lounge, poker room, private rooms and all shared spaces.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse service or entry, relocate seating, or bring an evening to a close for any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or otherwise impacts the comfort or safety of others. This includes conduct at our poker tables and during social poker nights.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to venue property, including dining furniture, card tables, poker equipment and decorative features, and may be charged reasonable costs associated with repair or replacement.

5. Offline Poker & Card Lounge Policy

Poker nights and card lounge experiences at ADSIGHT LTD are strictly offline, hosted in person and intended for social entertainment within our physical venue. Our poker tables, card lounge, card room and poker room are designed for face-to-face play around the table in a relaxed, atmospheric setting.

ADSIGHT LTD does not provide or promote online poker, remote play, digital casinos, betting platforms or any form of real-money online gaming. No online poker or remote gaming platforms are offered, endorsed or permitted onsite, including on personal devices when connected to any venue network provided by us.

All card-based activities hosted at ADSIGHT LTD are private, physical experiences available only to guests present at the venue. Participation is voluntary and subject to our responsible play expectations and age restrictions outlined in these Terms and on our Responsible Play page.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or amend a restaurant reservation, poker table booking, group dining experience or private event, we ask that you notify us as early as possible. This helps us manage our dining room, card lounge and poker room allocations, and offer tables to other guests.
